CTSO takes off, BHWF busy, GBTO gives back

Cytosorbents Corp. (OTCBB: CTSO) moved skyward Thursday by 110.6% to 35.8 cents. Volume was 17.8 million shares, routing its daily average of less than 760,000, after the New Jersey-based company announced it has achieved European CE Mark approval for its flagship product, CytoSorbâ„¢, as an extracorporeal cytokine filter in situations where excessive cytokine levels exist.

BlackHawk Fund (Pink Sheets: BHWF) was a volume king early Thursday afternoon among microcap stocks, trading in 41.3 million shares, or about eight times its normal volume. Prices for the stock leaped 33.3% to four-100ths of a cent.

Globotek Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: GBTO) tanked 53.9% Thursday to six-100ths of a cent, on volume of 90,000 shares, or 150% of its usual average.
