Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company Inc. (MHYS) gets together with Phil Traill, stock shoots higher

Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company Inc. (OTCBB: MHYS) stock ballooned 400% to two cents Thursday morning, a day after word came out of an upcoming film production. Volume for the stock measured 9,500 shares, still with some catching up to do its daily average of around 21,000.
The Los Angeles-based Mass Hysteria issued a news release Wednesday saying it has optioned the Steve Smith and Phil Traill script, Sleeping Together. The romantic comedy will be directed by Traill and produced by Mass Hysteria’s Daniel Grodnik (Powder, Bobby).
Sleeping Together is a romantic comedy about a bartender and a business woman who meet through their only common link; insomnia.
Grodnik said in the release, “Steve and Phil have written a great script that will make audiences both laugh and cry.”
Traill was also quoted in the release, saying, “Mass Hysteria Entertainment is the ideal home for Sleeping Together. Dan understands our vision for this script and has a proven track record of not only developing and producing quality projects, but also of financing movies in our budget range.”
Mass Hysteria Entertainment Company, Inc. is a multi-media entertainment company that recently completed production in Louisiana on Carjacked, starring Maria Bello and Stephen Dorff.
